This is the first international animation pitching session held by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) for the Taiwanese animation industry. This year, due to the pandemic, many restrictions have been imposed on the creative industry around the world, but TAICCA has managed to stimulate unlimited creative power despite these limitations. Animation projects to be showcased include adorable animations for preschoolers, as well as animations featuring fantastically beautiful journeys, warm stories of healing and companionship, virtual sci-fi adventures, urban love stories of confusion and courage, and much more. The diverse story topics reflect the creative energy of Taiwanese animation and highlight some of the most captivating storytelling charm and strategies in the animation medium.

To bring Taiwan's outstanding animation creativity to the market and to prepare for the future market of animation IP licensing, TAICCA has made efforts to assist domestic animation producers in finding international partners for co-production or co-funding. TAICCA openly solicits animation projects and provides assistance to bring them closer to market demand. International judges are invited to evaluate each project for its international marketability. Projects that pass the evaluation will be exhibited online or at the physical venue where they can interact with the live audience and connect with the international market.
